Share this with a woman who takes care of everyone, but somewhere along the way, has forgotten that she needs care too. ❤️

I’ve seen so many women in my practice who are doing everything right for everyone else, yet quietly falling apart themselves.

Women who have spent years adjusting, compromising, holding back their opinions, swallowing their anger and trying to be good enough for everyone.

And when I sit with them and we start connecting the dots, I often find years of unspoken hurt, pressure and resentment beneath their physical symptoms.

The gut issues. The sleepless nights. The exhaustion. The hormonal struggles.

Not everything is caused by stress, but we cannot ignore what years of emotional suppression can do to the body.

What stays with me is how many of these women have never stopped to ask themselves, “But what about me?”

You are allowed to have needs. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to disappoint people sometimes.

You don’t have to sacrifice yourself to prove your love for others.

And please remember, you are special too. Not because of how much you do for everyone, but because of who you are.

You deserve to be cared for, too. ❤️
