King tide at #halfmoonbay ! I’ve never seen so many people at the beach, even in summer.
@dorisaurus and I spotted several new to me nudibranch, including this… warty shag rug?? That’s the first slide. It’s so cute omg.
And I saw a Hopkins Rose! The pink one that looks like a wet koosh ball. I really want to see one all puffy underwater though.
And there was a whole little group of people who meet up and go looking for these guys! Their gear! They were all super nice and sharing as well, so fun. Why isn’t there a slug emoji 🤔
