I live in a beautiful countryside town in the UK with my fiancé, Dan, and our dog Winston 🐶

I love spending time in nature, wild swimming, dancing, singing, cacao, long deep conversations about the universe & life, enjoying fires with community, laughing, being creative, reading, living a slow life 🧚🏽‍♂️🍃

If you don't know already; 7 years ago, everything changed for me...

I was in a major car accident that turned my world upside down. Healing from PTSD and trauma was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, but it gave me a chance to reflect on my life and prioritise my well-being ❤️‍🩹

I left my 9-to-5 office job and stepped into entrepreneurship in my early 20s. Over the years, I’ve started several businesses, but I always felt something was missing — a deeper PURPOSE and true PASSION.

That’s when I discovered living, ionised water and began my own hydration journey...

It was life-changing in ways I never expected — My body started healing itself & I started feeling levels of wellness I hadn’t experienced before!

This inspired me to dive deeper into understanding water, hydration and how hydration impacts our physical & mental well-being...

Now, I’ve found my purpose through Sacred Streams, where I help families achieve true hydration & create healthier, more harmonious homes! 🏡

I believe TRUE hydration is the key to living a healthy, thriving life 💦💧

I’m so passionate about this work — it lights me up every single day and I’m incredibly grateful to share it with you all 🤍

Every step of my journey has brought me here, and I believe challenges often lead us to our greatest growth ✨
