Our team at Rialto House have officially topped out at our latest #PBSA development in #York 🏗👏
We celebrated on behalf of Olympian with a ceremony dedicated to the team’s excellent work in reaching this milestone and reinforcing strategic partnerships 🤝
Rialto House will welcome the students of York to 80,000 sq ft of #academic and #social space, contributing towards alleviating the city’s current shortfall of student accommodation whilst maintaining the sites historical background 📚
Ed Weston, GMI’s Commercial Director, said: “The topping-out of Rialto House is a testament to the seamless collaboration between GMI and Olympian Homes. It signifies the progress we’ve made in bringing this project to life, balancing and blending a modern design with the site’s historical legacy.
