Our #GMIYorkshire team working on Rialto House, York hosted an insightful Women in Construction session for the children of two local primary schools 👷‍♀️

Delivered by our digital construction lead Aine Abbott alongside members of our supply chain Hannah Short at @hilti Group, Sarah Mahon at @ashcourtgroup and Joanne Perry at @falcontowercraneservices, they delved into conversation covering their roles and why they started a career in construction 🟥

The students listened intently to the speakers about their achievements and went away inspired to consider the construction industry as a future career. The students also took on a practical challenge to build their own bridge which they thoroughly enjoyed 🌉

We would like to thank our Rialto team and supply chain partners for being part of the conversation and driving careers in construction to the younger generation 👍
