Wow 2024.

I went on an epic physical health journey after receiving an autoimmune disease diagnosis. 9 months on a wild diet. Countless trial and error experiments adjusting. Two steps forward one step back; root cause healing for something big like this is slow. But I’m committed to doing it 100% holistic: diet, supplements, sleep and exercise. Thank you for the help @dr.greg.global 🙏🏻 I’m still IN IT but it’s happening! I’m healing my body!

This year there was also a romance that cracked me open. Despite the fact that it didn’t work out, he helped me break through toxic old beliefs and left me with new possibility. I was proud of myself for acting in alignment and being brave enough to love. I wept on my knees and found exquisite beauty embracing deep suffering. I got to put everything I preach into practice to comfort and support my own self.

My life is oh so far from “human perfect” friends! I’ve melted and collapsed this year. BUT I’ve also gotten up, brushed myself off and reengaged over and over. Even when I don’t get it, I have total faith it’s “divine perfect.”

And that faith regularly gets validated by miracles: I keep finding big magic in my mess! There were far more belly laughs than tears. There were bonfires and mountain hikes. Singing and stupid jokes. Mantras and meditation. Cat cuddles, baby drool and orchids blooming. Speaking on a stage sharing my story at @qualiaps. Client success to celebrate!

I’ve got so much to be grateful for – and that’s where I choose to focus. No matter what happens I can find the opportunity, see the blessing and choose joy.

Experiencing my physical health improve instead of decline this year ignited hope and got me dreaming. YOU, dear reader, are my big dream. I want to change the world with you rebel style! Together, let’s grow Mental Health Rebels and evangelize mental freedom so more and more humans can be healthy, peaceful and full of love – in total presence 100% holistic.
