First time ordering through @oddbunchcanada and I’m impressed!

The produce is considered too “odd” for groceries store to sell, but it was honestly all in great shape and not that odd at all.

Meals I made this week using ingredients from this box: ramen, side salad and fries to go with my Philly “cheesesteak” sandwich, tofu bowl, and lentil pasta.

November in the kitchen. 🍎 A new monthly meal rotation for the nourished home. As the weather turns colder, I find myself gravitating toward the foods that have always belonged to this time of year. Slow-cooked meats, rich stocks, warm breakfasts, seasonal fruit, root vegetables, homemade bread and something sweet after dinner. I love having a general rotation of meals to pull from throughout the month. It takes some of the daily decision-making out of feeding a family, makes food shopping easier and gives me inspiration when I find myself wondering what to make. I like to write out a list of my meals on Sunday evening so I know what I need to do for the week. I also believe that nourishing a household is about more than the individual meal. It’s the stock simmering on the stove, the apples stewing for breakfast, the bread cooling on the counter and the leftovers being turned into tomorrow’s lunch. These are the little rhythms that make a kitchen feel alive and a home filled with love. I’ve included breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts and snacks so you have plenty of inspiration for the whole family. Save this for November and tell me what you’re making first. ♡

आज जयपुर के मानसरोवर स्थित दीप स्मृति ऑडिटोरियम में आर्थिक रुप से कमजोर वर्ग हेतु प्रारंभ की गई सरलीकरण मुहिम के अंतर्गत आयोजित ‘विद्यार्थी संवाद’ कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित होकर EWS वर्ग के जागरूक विद्यार्थियों से आत्मीय संवाद किया। इस दौरान विद्यार्थियों की समस्याओं, उनके अनुभवों और EWS से जुड़े प्रावधानों में आवश्यक सुधारों को लेकर उनके महत्वपूर्ण सुझावों को गंभीरता से सुना। यह संवाद केवल एक कार्यक्रम तक सीमित नहीं है, बल्कि उन हजारों विद्यार्थियों की उम्मीदों, आकांक्षाओं और अधिकारों से जुड़ा एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास है, जो सीमित आर्थिक संसाधनों के बावजूद अपने परिश्रम, प्रतिभा और संकल्प के बल पर जीवन में आगे बढ़ना चाहते हैं। हमारा प्रयास है कि आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के पात्र लाभार्थियों को केन्द्र और प्रदेश स्तर पर शिक्षा, रोजगार और अन्य आवश्यक अवसरों का लाभ प्राप्त करने में अनावश्यक विसंगतियों एवं जटिलताओं का सामना न करना पड़े।
