Developed by @20wol and located at the mall of ASHTA District 8, Jakarta is @fragments.id . Founded by Chef Ryan Kim, it is one of Jakarta’s most popular Korean bakeries. From basque cheesecake, bagels, financiers, to scones, they are beautifully shown in the floating concrete display to the customers. Around 69 sqm, this store embraces concrete as a dominant interior element, showing a design ethos that is both clean and bold. Music also plays a role in shaping the atmosphere with custom built-in speakers embedded onto pillars that are covered with stainless steel subtly complementing the space’s clean aesthetic and enhancing the experience of savoring Fragments’ carefully crafted pastries.
