Maria Dimitrova

For @e_flux, I wrote about Anna Andreeva, a fascinating Soviet textile artist whose first retrospective is currently on view at @momus_museums. Until MoMA added her to their collection a few years ago, she was virtually unknown outside of Russia. Her story and creative trajectory is pretty astonishing.
