Introducing our second guest chef of the year - Joyeta Ng @joyetabelly ! She will be cooking up a menu with Cantonese flavours and giving it her own spin with influences from her own background which not only includes her Cantonese heritage but she was also trained to become a chef in Japan. Recently she has been working at Noma Kyoto and she’s heading back there again in march for another stint. We are delighted to have her with us whilst she is in the UK and we are looking forward to share this experience with you!
