Nailed it 🤝

And something else I’ve nailed is my nutrition. I’ve used Huel pretty much every day for almost two years now and it’s been an absolute game changer.

It’s extremely handy when I’m busy, can’t be arsed to make food, and don’t want to end up eating a load of sh*t. Two scoops of the black edition gives you 40g of protein and 400 calories, but it’s a lot more than just a protein shake. You’re also getting carbs, healthy fats and 26 essential vitamins and minerals.

Basically, it takes 30 seconds to make, requires absolutely zero effort, and means I can get everything I need to get done, done, without compromising my nutrition.

If you wanna give it a go, use the link in my bio and code MATT to get £10 off your first order 😊
