@paradisefarms is an incredible and magical 17-acre organic, regenerative farm located in Homestead, Florida.
I created the farm-to-table menu based off of what is fresh and in-season on the farm, highlighting Starfruit in several of the dishes as it is ripe and abundant this time of year. 🌟
I sourced all ingredients locally from @paradisefarms @glaserorganic @simonscheese @open_sea_fishmarket @urbangreenworks . You can really taste the difference in food that is grown with intention, love and consideration of the land. This is how we all should be eating! 🙏
