3/30/25 Sunday Dinner @exotikazwellness 🌿🍽️✨❤️‍🔥

This dinner was super special because, for the first time, I harvested all of MY OWN veggiesthe day before the dinner! 💚♻️🌱✨ My heart is so full, not only connecting friends with each other but also with the delicious, nutritious abundance grown on the land at #ceraseefarm @urbangreenworks 🔌🥕🌶️🥬🥦🥒🍆🫑

Mediterranean Inspired Menu:

🌱✨2/15/25: I cooked in Paradise! 🌴🌞🌈🦋✨🌸🐝🌿💗
@paradisefarms is an incredible and magical 17-acre organic, regenerative farm located in Homestead, Florida.

I created the farm-to-table menu based off of what is fresh and in-season on the farm, highlighting Starfruit in several of the dishes as it is ripe and abundant this time of year. 🌟

I sourced all ingredients locally from @paradisefarms @glaserorganic @simonscheese @open_sea_fishmarket @urbangreenworks . You can really taste the difference in food that is grown with intention, love and consideration of the land. This is how we all should be eating! 🙏

Grateful for the opportunity to create, collaborate and nourish. So excited for what more is to come! ✨

Tomato broth base with black beans, butternut squash, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and sautéed mushrooms topped with red onion, cilantro, jalapeño & fresh lime. 🍅🫘🎃🍃🍄‍🟫🌶️🍋‍🟩💦

🌟The inspiration: I was introduced to pho in 7th grade by a Vietnamese friend and have been in love with the soup ever since. The raw onion and fresh herbs that melt into the hot broth, the fresh squeeze of tangy lime that permeates each spoonful and the noodles that slurp up all the flavors create a soul nourishing meal. While living & cooking in Mexico, I found comfort in the sopa azteca & love the addition of lime, cilantro & raw onion to nearly every dish. So…when in Nashville & there was no good plant food for us…I made this: Mexican inspired pho with veggies from the @nashvillefarmersmarket 🍜❤️🇲🇽🇻🇳😋

Spaghetti squash is now in season & is a nutritious alternative to pasta that is high in fiber and rich in antioxidants including vitamins A, C and E, beta-carotene which contributes to healthy vision and immune function. 😎

Hemp seeds are a complete protein meaning they contain all nine essential amino acids needed for muscle repair and energy. They are anti-inflammatory as well as supportive to digestive & skin health. ✨

4/26/26 Garden Day at Cerasee Farms 🌞🌴👩🏻‍🌾

Once a month we meet at the farm, gathering in community, sharing our love for the land and tend to the needs of the plants and soil. It is peaceful, it is joyful, it is laughter, it is nourishing and it is enriching. Among the chaos of the world, connecting with the land and each other is what can truly ground us. 💚♾️🌱 We water the plants, weed the beds, beautify the farm, harvest fruits and plants, plant new plants, trim the vines, feed the chickens, nourish our bodies, expand our minds, pour love into the land and create connection with each other. Just as nature intended us to do. 🌈
