Thank you to each and everyone of you for attending the Heart Yoga Experience!!! This was such a heartwarming treat to host 🩷
🌹 What wast most heartwarming was the release of emotions, the feeling of safely and also seeing some of the women meeting each other again from previous retreats and sessions. Wowzaaa!! 😍
