I just completed my last day as CEO of @hellotherify, the mental health startup I co-founded in 2021. Stepping down was a personal decision, and I’m feeling a mix of emotions:

Sad to be walking away from something I created and dedicated my life to for several years.

Excited that the company will continue under my co-founder’s leadership as our new CEO.

Proud of our team for impacting thousands of lives (and counting) around the globe.

Thankful to our customers – @indeedworks, @dotdashmeredith, @criticalmassagency, @thumbtack, @warburgpincusllc, @dataminr, and others – who trust us with the mental well-being of their employees.

Grateful to investors, friends, and family members who supported my dream of expanding access to mental healthcare.

With a passionate team, we built a premium network of 3,000 top therapists and developed software that helps people get matched in as little as five minutes

As a result, Therify has become the go-to mental health resource for employees across our customer base in the US, Canada, and the Philippines. 9 out of 10 employees report a strong fit with their first therapist — giving them a real shot at experiencing the life-changing benefits of therapy. As one person put it, “Using Therify is as easy and simple as going for a morning walk.”

What an honor it is to change someone’s life for the better. And it’s been a privilege to do it with such incredible people.
