Women’s Boxing class was great today! Great push with the combo we went over! Using the parry is a great defense move to counterattack. Let’s keep up the momentum!! After that class I jumped into the class @aregueyra2 taught. That was a great boxing class. Join us on Saturday mornings @victorymmacs for all your physical fitness needs! See ya!! ✌🏽 #womenboxing #boxeofemenino #coloradosprings #colorado #boxingwomen #boxeomujeres #victorymmacs
