Over 20 years as an adult, and I’m still showing up on the mat. πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ«―β€πŸ‘¨πŸΎπŸ’ͺ🏾 Never giving up. Staying consistent. Always searching for new ways to soak in information and to share it. Consistency builds you. Humility keeps you learning. Discipline keeps you growing. The journey never stops, and neither does the work. Big thanks to @jakerich165 and @raddman8.0.1 for the grind. Every round, every exchange, and every lesson adds to the journey. It’s also an awesome feeling to be able to train on the mats alongside my son @shakurdabag02. ❀️‍πŸ”₯πŸ™πŸΎ #Consistency #Wrestling #LifelongStudent #ONXSport #VictoryMMA β€’ β€’ ***Come checkout Victory MMAπŸ₯ŠπŸ₯‹πŸ€Όβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™‚. 23 DAYS OUT! πŸ₯ŠπŸ”₯ The countdown is on until @shakurdabag02 steps back into the cage to do what he was born into! The work is being put in, the sacrifices are being made, and the mission remains the same. This is more than a fight. It’s a journey of discipline, growth, and proving to yourself that you belong where you stand. The lights will come on, the cage door will close, and it’ll be time to let the work speak for itself. Father. Coach. Believer....πŸ’― πŸ¦πŸ‘ŠπŸΎ #Swift #FightCamp #ONXSports #Victory #HardworkDedication @onxlabs @victorymmacs taken in Colorado Victory MMA by @victorymmacs

Walked out to use the bathroom, and by the time I came back, everybody already had a partner. πŸ˜‚ Had to sit out until the next round so the coach could work me in. I looked SO dejected! This old man really wanted that work! πŸ₯²πŸ₯‹πŸ’ͺ🏾 Lesson learned: You snooze, you lose! Stay present, stay ready, and don’t miss your opportunity. Even at 45, I’m still hungry for the work! πŸ˜‚πŸ”₯ #Wrestle #ONXSports #LessonLearned #Victory #HardworkDedication β€’ β€’ ***Come checkout Victory MMAπŸ₯ŠπŸ₯‹πŸ€Όβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™‚. 5 more days until I turn 45! πŸŽ‚πŸ’ͺ🏾 I have to keep reminding myself that my age doesn’t define me and that I still have a lot left in the basement! πŸ˜‚πŸ”₯ So now I’m out here doing sh*t to keep my confidence up and my mind young! 😎 At the end of the day, you’re only as old as you feel. πŸ₯‹ Just out here having fun with some De La Riva guard work into a Berimbolo back take! πŸ”„ The goal? Take the back, hunt for the choke, or secure those points! 🎯πŸ’ͺ🏾 Now, the real question for my BJJ nerds: Are you chasing the back take, looking to finish with the choke, or are you staying on top looking to pass his half guard? πŸ‘€πŸ‘‡πŸΎ #BJJ #DeLaRivaGuard #Berimbolo #BackTake #VictoryMMA taken in Colorado Victory MMA by @victorymmacs
