These young kings are BEASTS on the basketball court, and now we’re bringing that same energy into boxing! πŸ€πŸ₯Š They’re not even teenagers yet, but their discipline, coachability, and determination are impressive. Watching them embrace the challenge and enjoy being pushed makes me proud as a coach. β€οΈπŸ’― I don’t take on many private sessions these days, but these young men remind me why coaching is so rewarding. Investing in their growth is worth every minute. Building champions is rewarding. Helping build great young men is the real victory. πŸ‘‘ #YouthDevelopment #Boxing #Basketball #Mentorship #FutureChampions @victorymmacs

Huge shoutout to our sponsor, @sheathunderwear ❀️πŸ”₯ Not only do they make the best underwear in the game, but they genuinely stand behind their athletes and believe in the people they represent. As a father, it means a lot to have a company like Sheath in our corner as my son chases his dreams. We’re proud to represent a brand that truly supports its athletes. We’re just 17 DAYS OUT from @shakurdabag02 next fight on November 7th! πŸ₯Š The mission is clear: go 4-0 in the UFC! πŸ’ͺπŸΎπŸ’― Much love to the entire Sheath team for being part of this journey. Now it’s time to get to work and make it happen!🀝 #Sheath #Underwear #Sponsor #UFC #VictoryMMA

At 45, I have to be honest: I may no longer be in my athletic prime, but I believe I’m in my skill prime. 😎 I’m no longer chasing accolades or proving myself through competition. After 20+ years of training and competing, my focus has shifted to passing on the knowledge, experience, and wisdom I’ve gained. The athlete in me will always remain, but the coach in me now has a greater purpose: developing others, helping the next generation avoid my mistakes, and giving them tools to reach levels I only dreamed of.** Your athletic prime may expire, but your ability to learn, grow, and impact others doesn’t.** The mission has changed. The standard hasn’t. πŸ’―πŸ₯‹πŸ₯Š #SelfReflection #Coaching #Legacy

Over 20 years as an adult, and I’m still showing up on the mat. πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ«―β€πŸ‘¨πŸΎπŸ’ͺ🏾 Never giving up. Staying consistent. Always searching for new ways to soak in information and to share it. Consistency builds you. Humility keeps you learning. Discipline keeps you growing. The journey never stops, and neither does the work. Big thanks to @jakerich165 and @raddman8.0.1 for the grind. Every round, every exchange, and every lesson adds to the journey. It’s also an awesome feeling to be able to train on the mats alongside my son @shakurdabag02. ❀️‍πŸ”₯πŸ™πŸΎ #Consistency #Wrestling #LifelongStudent #ONXSport #VictoryMMA β€’ β€’ ***Come checkout Victory MMAπŸ₯ŠπŸ₯‹πŸ€Όβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™‚.
