That girl in the first clip 5 years ago had a MFing MISSION. I took that “before” clip because I wanted to document my journey in becoming the absolute unit that I always wanted to be. I was SO excited to see my future self, because I knew with my whole heart, that I was going to get there, yet I knew it was going to take years and years of hard work.

Now here I am, 5, almost 6 years later, and I’ve made it to the other side. And I can confidently say that I have never once regretted a single workout. And I can also confidently say, that time freaking FLIESSS BY. So when are you going to finally commit? Because the time is flying by regardless, so you might as well put in some hours. 😤

Tələbələrdən məktəblilərə yayılan üsyan - Albaniyada hökumətə qarşı qəzəb böyüyür

Albaniyada hökumət əleyhinə etirazlar bir neçə gündür zorakı fazaya keçib. Təxminən 140 gün davam edən sülhməramlı "Flaminqo" hərəkatının ardınca, tələbələrin təhsil və yaşayış xərclərinin artmasına qarşı başlatdığı nümayişlərə orta məktəb şagirdləri də qoşulub. Etirazların mərkəzində həm də yüksək vəzifəli şəxslərlə bağlı artan korrupsiya iddiaları, buna görə baş nazirin istefa tələbi dayanır. Maskalı etirazçılar polisə daş atır, hüquq-mühafizə orqanları su şırnaqları, gözyaşardıcı qaz və dəyənəklərdən istifadə edir. Polis zorakılığı görüntüləri kütlənin qəzəbini daha da alovlandırıb; nəticədə təhsil nazirliyinin bir mərtəbəsi və bəzi digər hökumət binaları yandırılıb.

This post hurts to make, that’s why it took so long to get it out. I had an amazing chance to win my 3rd USDGC and was not able to close it out.

This is the most frustrated I’ve ever been after losing a tournament. The most frustrating part is it felt out of my control once I lost my footing on my 2nd shot on 18.

I had so much confidence that I was going to be able to win this after the slow day I had. I can look back to so many shots that cost me the tournament but I just have to move on.

Congrats to @cheimborg on his first US title! Absolute honor battling with you and @sockibomb13

Thanks to everyone who sent me a message or came out to cheer me on! Thanks to my caddie @moschlabach for hyping me up the whole week!

#RecipeOfTheDay is the comforting Welsh fruited tea loaf, Bara Brith, to be eaten spread generously with butter, so generously indeed, that the Danes would call it tandsmør, which is to say, butter spread thickly enough that you leave teeth marks in it after taking a bite! And to get the recipe, click on link in bio.🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿
