Saludos mi gente🌿

If you’re new here - bienvenidx to my little cosmic corner of the internet!🌀✨

Soy la creador detrás de #COCOSHAKTIAYURVEDA and I am so grateful to have you here.

Soy una mezcla de ritmos, raíces y rituales✨

A dancer, a doula, a dreamer at heart.

Me muevo entre el fuego, el tambor y la suavidad del aceite

Honoring my ancestors with EVERY breath, every sway, every offering.

Mi medicina vive en mi cuerpo, en mis palabras, en mis manos, pero tambein in my joy, softness and hustle⚡️

Here’ you’ll find #Ayurveda with sazón, healing with rhythm and a whole lotta heart💓

My mission is to guide folks back home to themselves through ritual, movement and ancestral care - reclaiming your holy sacredness✨🪽

Trap en mis audifonos, mantras en mi corazón, My Cuban bori, panamanian vata virgo spice, is my fuel to keep 💯 with you

Ayurveda has taught me that the totality of our being should NEVER be hidden, as it brings about illness to stifle a natural expression and in that, I offers myself to you as I am 👁️

Aqui, whole, Aqui, healing, aqui para serviles en esta caminata back home to self🌺

Lets root, lets rise and lets REMEMBER together🐛✨ 🦋
