Comment MIND for a free masterclass to learn how to support your body and create more safety within (Nov 3rd) 🤍

For years, I said yes when my body was screaming no.

I pushed through exhaustion, ignored my own needs, put everyone else first and pushed my emotions away because it felt easier than speaking up.

And eventually, my body started breaking down.

I was losing my hair and dealing with acne, bloating, hot flushes and histamine reactions. I was trying so hard to figure out what was wrong with me, and it wasn’t until I started understanding the connection between my nervous system, safety and my symptoms that things began to shift.

I started asking myself:

Where am I overriding my own needs?
Where am I saying yes when I mean no?
What have I been holding in because I haven’t felt safe enough to express it?

For me, healing also meant nourishing my body, rebuilding my mineral reserves and supporting my liver, alongside learning how to slow down and create more safety in my nervous system.

But I couldn’t keep asking my body to heal while ignoring everything it was trying to tell me.

Comment MIND to join my free masterclass on November 3rd and learn how to support your body and create more safety within 🤍

Can’t blame it on cinema always..
