One last routine from 12 seasons. Competitive cheer is a sport I gave my whole heart to, and it gave me more than I could have ever imagined. From unforgettable memories to unbreakable bonds, I owe so much to this sport as it has shaped who I am.
Not only the sport, but the gyms too. As a military child, my house was often changed, but I could always find a home in the cheer gym. At Fort Dix New Jersey, my first cheer season at Vortex began my love for cheer. When we moved to Texas, the
@outlawcheercompany (formerly Maverick) became the place I spent all my summers and days. My mom coached multiple teams, I crossed over, and took tumble class after tumble class.
When we had to move again and I began my time at
@thestingrayallstarscville, my love for cheer only grew. My coaches and teammates poured their hearts into every season.
@ian.audler @daltongeisler @andy.schultz01. Here I had the opportunity to coach some prep teams, an experience I throughly enjoyed and learned from. This year I was even able to attend Worlds and Summit in one season and younger Madi Ann’s dreams came true. Cheer taught me how to rise after every fall, and I’ll carry that strength with me for the rest of my life.
Thank you to all my coaches and to my mom for being by my side through every stage, spending countless hours supporting me through the frustration and the fun. The seasons may be done, but the lessons and love will remain forever.
