This has been incredibly strenuous on my mind and body and there have been a few moments where I’ve wanted to just lay down and take a nap in the snow. My legs are weak and numb with cold and the pressures of climbing a mountain to get to an ice waterfall wall after sprinting through the snow looking for a beacon for an hour and yet I feel so incredibly alive! And in need of a nap that lasts a week. Challenging situations have a way of reminding us of life’s big 3 constants; paradox, humor and change. Im so grateful to be pushing my limits in such good company! @mammut #ad #risewiththemountain **My community at home is facing challenges in the aftermath of Hurricane Lowell. Love being surrounded by powerful women at the @espnW Summit. And I also love growing ponytails overnight. Styling: @molly_levin Makeup: @courthart1 Hair: @scottkinghair Photos: Slide 4 - Chloe Jackman/ESPN Images Slide 5- Lisa Frare/ESPN Images
Ok yes, the left photo is a terrible angle in terrible lighting. I KNOW. But I genuinely have been the puffy-face girl my whole life, the one who looks swollen in every candid. And lately I’ve been catching my jawline in photos and doing a double take. 🥹 It’s not one magic product. It’s the little routine I’ve actually been sticking to: 🫧 ZO Exfoliating Cleanser + ZO exfoliating scrub: a couple of nights a week, my skin looks so much smoother after 🩷 Medicube cream with the massage tip built in. It’s lotion and jawline massage in one step, so I actually do it ✨ My Medicube device: a few passes along my jaw and cheeks while I watch TV 💜 Marée Chin Lifting Mask: 20 min while I answer emails, and it feels so tight and lifted afterward 🤲 Plus a few minutes of lymphatic face massage every morning (slide 5, I look ridiculous, it works) Is it a facelift? No. Do I feel more like myself in photos for the first time in a long time? Yes. And at almost 40 I’ll take it. #facelift
