Which day of the workshop are you teaching this?

Spacious, stylish, and perfect for carrying all my essentials! 👜🤍✨ @2nninoa

👉 Your labs say "normal." But are they actually optimal?

🩸Standard blood tests are designed to catch advanced disease—not the quiet, smoldering inflammation that drains your energy, blunts your brain, and drives metabolic dysfunction years before a diagnosis ever happens.

True health isn’t just avoiding a crisis; it’s checking the root. A comprehensive look at your biomarkers can reveal what standard testing misses:

🔥 The Top Inflammatory & Metabolic Markers to Watch:

- hs-CRP (The ultimate internal fire alarm for systemic inflammation)
- Fasting Insulin (Rises years before your blood sugar or HbA1c ever do)
- HbA1c (Your 3-month picture of blood sugar and glycation)
- Homocysteine (A crucial warning sign for cardiovascular and brain health)
- ESR & LDH (Classic indicators of cellular stress and turnover)
- Serum Ferritin (Not just iron storage—an acute-phase protein of inflammation)
- RBC Distribution Width (RDW) (Often overlooked in a standard CBC)
- Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) (A fast, deep look at immune-system stress)
- Free T3 (Thyroid health gets hijacked by chronic inflammation)
- 25-OH Vitamin D (Your immune modulator and foundational defense)
- Plasma Zinc (Key cofactor for tissue repair and immune balance)
- Uric Acid (More than just joints—tied tightly to metabolic and vascular stress)

"Normal" reference ranges mean you fit into the average of a sick population.

Optimal ranges mean your body is actually thriving.

Tired of guessing? Stop treating symptoms and start reading your data.

There was something about that era of house music that I don’t think we’ll ever quite recreate. ❤️

Before everything became about filming the moment, we were actually IN it.

The music was the main event, the people around you were part of the experience, and nobody was particularly bothered about looking cool 😎 well a bit but not all the time. lol .

And the funny thing is, you can forget entire weekends, holidays, even people you’ve met (particularly in Ibiza 😂), but hear three seconds of a record and suddenly you’re transported back 25 years. Love itttttt

Music really is a bloody time machine.

I’m loving finding all of you who were out dancing through the 90s and early 2000s. The stories in the comments are better than anything I could write.

Laat ‘rocky road’ achter in de comments en ik stuur je het recept! 💌
