Yesterday was an absolute PERFECT day to join our friends @pvd_foodtruckevents at their event down @safeharbornewenglandboatworks in Portsmouth.

A really cool drive into the facility through the boat yard. Tons of racing sailboats and a few yachts. All the trucks set up around the water line overlooking Narragansett Bay really set the tone.

Started off first with a little appetizer from @fyrgrillco. Some honey sriracha brussel sprouts and some loaded Fyr Fries topped with pork. Killer all around.

Next, the little guy who loves his brisket, was craving a sandwich from @bbq_y_mas. Tender, melt in your mouth and the perfect bbq sauce that made its way through the pile of meat.

A grilled cheese is always necessary and @champmelt never misses. Loaded with cheddar, pickles, bacon and pimento cheese. Definite sleeper.

Of course we needed some dessert on the way out, so we grabbed a foursome of beignets with raspberry jelly and chocolate syringes to inject into the middle from @dr.doughboys.

I owe an apology to @miacanepvd. We grabbed two INCREDIBLE drinks from them and I forgot to snap pics. The Vietnamese Coffee and the Strawberry Lime drinks were awesome. I had the strawberry. Light, crisp and certainly refreshing.

This is hands down the best spot that Eric and his crew offer for their events. Always good to see you guys 🙌🙌🙌
