I have some weird hobbies. One of them: scaring people for fun. And somehow… I got paid for it.

A few years back I joined Walibi Fright Nights. What most people don’t see is the insane amount of work behind it. Directors. Make-up artists. Set builders. Movement coaches. A full-on production for five seconds of pure fear.

Proud to be part of the chaos, even prouder of my phenomenal colleagues who pour their heart (and prosthetics) into this madness.

Also slightly concerned how many people enjoyed the torture. But hey… we all need a hobby (or 10). I could try to focus on just one. But where’s the fun in that?
