Kabar seorang bayi meninggal dunia setelah dilahirkan di RS Yabis Bontang, Kalimantan Timur, viral di media sosial. Namun, polisi mengungkap bahwa kabar tersebut merupakan rekayasa pasangan suami istri (pasutri). Mereka mengganti jasad bayi dengan bantal saat hendak dimakamkan. ⁠ ⁠ Perempuan berinisial AR ternyata tidak pernah hamil maupun menjalani persalinan di rumah sakit tersebut. Cerita mengenai kelahiran hingga kematian bayi itu dibuat oleh AR bersama suaminya, DN.⁠ ⁠ Humas Polres Bontang, Iptu Dani Purwantoro, mengatakan polisi melakukan penyelidikan setelah narasi dan video pemakaman bayi tersebut ramai beredar di Facebook.⁠ ⁠ Petugas kemudian mendatangi kediaman AR untuk meminta klarifikasi terkait kabar kehamilan dan kematian bayi yang disebut dilahirkan di RS Yabis.⁠ ⁠ “Iya, itu direkayasa dan diakui yang bersangkutan. Yang bersangkutan mengaku hamil, padahal faktanya tidak ada kehamilan.
