A few pre-move-in views of this new construction home show the secondary circulation path from the generous central mudroom, thru a pantry passage, and into the open-concept kitchen. While the property size and setback requirements greatly restricted the size of this house, intentional space planning allowed for open yet defined living spaces along the full rear of the home, abundant natural daylight, and lots of integrated functional storage throughout the home.
