I have come to the conclusion that functional training is by far the most beneficial for the human body and for long-term health. Since in reality we find ourselves in various situations, often strange, random, unprepared in advance... we are "forced" to dial with those situations, so there are no exercise done (with a decent/supportable weight) that is not beneficial. It may be bad posture, it may not bring great benefits, but it is excluded that it is bad for the human body. Maybe some of you find the exercises in this video wrong, useless, risky - I do not consider that. They are not exercises that I do regularly, but I think they are very good ocasionlly . The towel forces me to work the grip and forearm, the lockoff position helps me to work some biceps and back and the exercise itself is for the lower back & oblique.
