The Interior Collective: Podcast & Editorial Community

For @emilynicoaradesignstudio, renovating her own 1970s split-level in Richland, WA wasn’t just about good bones—it was about telling the whole story. Named Project 1994 for the year she and her husband were born, the home moves between nostalgia, tension, joy, and reflection, with every chapter layered into the design.

Scroll through for mossy greens with a hint of muddy brown, plastered walls that shift with the light, and vintage finds with stories worth a 36-hour drive to bring home.
