Hands Over Fire Blessing 🔥
This simple ritual works with the harvest energy — letting go of what’s done, while keeping the wisdom, power, and gifts.
You’ll need:
🕯 A candle (any colour)
🌿 Thyme (to honour the ancestors)
✨ Cinnamon (to call abundance)
Steps:
1. Light your candle. Pass your hands slowly above the flame (not in it), saying: “I release the old. I keep the gold.”
2. Burn thyme, circling the flame, whispering thanks to those who walked before.
3. Sprinkle cinnamon into the fire. Let the candle burn down, holding the truth: you carry their fire forward.
