@vandyboys commit @carsonquillen came in and in just 4 weeks went full Super Saiyan on our Leaderboard:
⚡️ IMTP Peak Force – 6,168N (NEW ALL-TIME TRI STAR RECORD 👀🔥)
⚡️ IMTP RFD (200ms)
⚡️ CMJ Concentric Impulse and RSI-Mod
⚡️ Grip Strength Peak Force
⚡️ Plyo Pushup Concentric Power
We hammered RFD, power output, and rotational focus this offseason… and the gains were straight-up FREAKY.
