It’s that time! Natalee is giving her farewell talk this Sunday @9am beginning her 18 months as Sister Bickham serving the people of Kobe, Japan! If you know her, you know she started this journey at 14 when she started studying the Japanese language because she thought she’d serve there. She was born an old soul and I’ve absolutely loved every minute of being this girls mom. I thought it would be easier, up until this week, it seemed that way. But no, it’s still a sacrifice, my body is prepping once again to have a piece of my heart live away for long while. I know she’s ready and oh the growth and adventures that await for her! Learning to let go and cheer her on is stretching, if not uncomfortable for me but I’ll choose to count it all as joy, especially because we get to do this again for Collin in November!
