There are no words big enough to capture what these former students mean to me. 🥹
On Election Day, they showed up as young leaders, walking neighborhoods, holding signs, encouraging voters, and pouring their hearts into something bigger than themselves. And to be clear, once you’re my student, you’ll always be my student— and they proved that in the best way possible.
To the parents, thank you for trusting me with your young leaders. They carried the day with energy, dedication, and belief in what Selma can become.
This campaign was always about people and progress, and seeing them step into leadership reminded me that our future is already in good hands. I appreciate yall more than you know! ✊🏾 #electionday #selma #fyp #foryou #explore
