📚When someone asks, “What’s your book about?”📚
✍🏾💫💜My reply:
It’s a book about joy.
About joy being our offense…and our defense.
About deserving joy…and remembering that we do.
About claiming…and re-claiming joy.
About finding joy…in the good times and the bad.
It’s a book about the ONE thing no one can take away from you.

Last week I turned in the manuscript for my book “Stay Joyful! The Art of starting, sustaining and spreading joy.”
As I’ve reflected on this occasion I fall more in love with the book…I’ve been writing it for half a decade…but just realized it’s been in the works that long because I write daily…from Greece, to Aruba, to Chicago, to London, to Thailand and beyond…there I’ve been with my iPad writing about joy…in good times and in bad…because we must always seek our joy.
