Living with rheumatoid arthritis has been the hardest challenge of my life.

It’s not always visible. Most people see me smiling, moving, showing up… but they don’t see the chronic pain behind the smile, fatigue, the constant struggle, or the fear of how progressive this illness/inmune system disorder can be.

Invisible illness is heavy because it asks you to fight battles others can’t see. But even on the hardest days I remind myself: rest is strength, slowing down is courage, and surviving one more day is already a victory.

To anyone else living with an invisible chronic illness, I see you. You’re not weak for resting. You’re strong for continuing. Protect your peace, and remember: one day at a time, you’ve got this. 🙏🏾✨
