Hawaii Youth Transportation Council

September 29 - October 5, 2025 is “A Week Without Driving.”

One week. No driving. A powerful opportunity to learn, grow, and lead change together.

Hawai‘i Youth Transportation Council (HYTC) invites all youth (24 and under) to join our contest:
Post a photo or video from your commute (Sept 29–Oct 5)
Include: #WeekWithoutDriving
Follow: @hytcleaders
Tag: @HYTCLeaders, @hawaiidot + your County transportation agency
Prizes include:
$150 cash cards + transit passes (4 grand prize winners)
$50 cash cards (6 runner-ups).

Multiple posts are welcome! Extra points if your post tells someone’s story, highlights alternatives to driving, or shows the struggles nondrivers face.
