As I look back on my 2025 season, I’ve noticed a lot of growth compared to last year. We’ve made some important adjustments along the way, and I’d love to hear your perspective, what do you think was the most significant technical change from last season to this one?

My dad, who many of you know is also my coach, has recently started coaching other athletes as well. Over the past year, he’s expanded into offering online coaching, personalized lifting programs, and in person lifting and throwing sessions. If you’ve been following along and want to build on the same path that’s helped my sister, me, and now some of our training partners find success, reach out to him, he’d be more than happy to get involved with you. @jason.tunks.oly_

Biggest thing I’m seeing is a more pronounced shift over the left side in the entry - along with that longer windup making it a longer path out the back.

Simple - stay more level, stay taller in entry to help with the right side acceleration into the middle and thus through the throw. Creating a faster finish while maintaining a nice power position.
