Day in the life of an Electrician (75 Hard edition)
Day 27 of 75 Hard!
Some days are easier than others but the key to completing 75 hard along with site life is routine. Putting a routine in place of when you’re doing your workouts, meals, work and editing, in this case, are absolutely key in order to have a fully accomplished day. It’s not been an easy journey to say the least but one that has helped me in soo many ways. Feeling like I’m in a flow state now and just ready to take on everyday whilst getting better and better!
Took the challenge on for a mental battle rather than physical to improve specific characteristics within myself but also to go to the next level. Very happy with the physical improvements I have already managed to attain during 75 hard, especially my running!
If you’re considering doing 75 hard I would 100% recommend doing it.
