That One Ensemble

Last night will be remembered as The First One of many. Thank you for joining us and for supporting the first-fruits of a work that began over 10 years ago.

We had the privilege of introducing our very first orchestra member and violinist, Makala. She boldly and powerfully shared her story, her perspective from experiencing homelessness in NYC, and her dreams for not just her own musicianship but also for being a mentor to our future orchestra members.

It is because of your support that we were able to surprise her with a high quality violin that she will own at the end of her six months of training with us.

We have an anonymous donor who will match every gift up to a total of $10k through Monday, October 13. Your dollars are doubled until the cap is reached.
