Meet your trainer!
͛ I grew up in Washington state
͛ Moved to Pensacola in June of 2021
͛ My sports are soccer, track (shot, disc, long/triple, 100, 4x1) and swim (50/100 free 100 fly, relays)
͛ I earned my BS in Phys Ed & Coaching, taught kinder, 5th, elementary P.E. and coached high school swim
͛ I run a private swim lesson business, H2GO Aquatics (come swim with me!)
͛ When I’m not in the gym you can find me at the beach, losing in pickleball, at run club, trying to learn any and every sport, or yappin and laughin with my friends.
