Proud to have been a speaker at the ITF Worldwide Coaches Conference 2025 — sharing thoughts and experience on the tactical and psychological part of coaching.

Huge thanks to the #itf #itf_education, the Lithuanian Tennis Federation, and the ÖTV for the opportunity and the amazing organization at the SEB Arena.

3 WEEKS OUT. 🔥 161 lbs → 131.7 lbs Confidence is growing, but so is the hunger😆 First refeed last Sunday after feeling depleted, low energy, and flat. Same foods, just an increase of about 500 kcals. The next day? Pumps were incredible, and the physique looked INSANE. We’re back to flat again, which is par for the course at this stage….BUT I get another refeed Saturday and Sunday🥄 The stats: - 1900 kcals - 450 kcals of cardio x 7 days / week. Weight is still dropping. - Not a single missed meal, lift, or cardio session The physique update: - Glutes are definitely tighter, and the tie-ins are becoming much more visible in the back pose. - Waist has tightened up and I feel really good about my ability to have core control on stage #bodybuilding #npc #npcfigurecompetitor #npcfigure
🚨 Something new came! 🚨 So it's one of these good Fridays as the weekend is right around the corner and new watch joined my humble collection! Let me introduce you to @valusis with their gorgeus tiger eye dial 🤩 the best thing about stone dials is the fact every single one of them is purely unique! And this very stone inparticular perfectly matches all the shades of autumn we can see outside 🍂 ⌚️ Valusis Volt Tiger Eye * kindly gifted, so it's a sponsored collaboration 🤝🏻 * #nwa #valusis #valusiswatches #friday #stonedial
GHOST OFFICE: Miami Rep. Fabian Basabe was not expecting me to break news at this candidate forum — and he admits to using taxpayer money to PAY HIMSELF $2,700 per month on a 2-year $64,000 lease for a “District Office” OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT with NO STAFF that he uses for personal storage, and isn’t even listed on his Florida House website. #BecauseMiami Basabe is the notorious Republican state lawmaker accused of sexual misconduct by at least five men. In July, he was found liable by a civil jury and ordered to pay $450,000 for sexually harassing and battering his male former legislative aide and intern. At a hearing during that trial, another man testified under oath in open court that Basabe drugged and raped him in 2003.
SPOT WHAT’S MISSING! 🔍 Remember those childhood games where two pictures looked exactly the same, but something was secretly missing? We’re bringing that nostalgia back—with an artistic twist! This time, we’re putting your observation skills to the test with Vincent van Gogh’s iconic masterpiece, The Starry Night (1889). Five tiny details have disappeared. They’re subtle, cleverly hidden, and definitely not easy to spot! At Desizn Circle, we believe that great design begins with great observation. The ability to notice what others overlook is what makes a designer think differently. 👀 Your challenge: Study both images, find all five missing details, and tell us how many you spotted! Can you find all 5 without zooming in? Comment your score out of 5! 👇 DESIZN CIRCLE INTERNATIONAL Training the eye. Challenging the mind. #DesiznCircle #SpotTheDifference #DesignChallenge #ObservationSkills #VanGogh TheStarryNight ThinkLikeADesigner ArtAndDesign DesignStudents
