TSL IS NOW A TACTICAL GAMES TRAINING AFFILIATE!
The first official Tactical Fitness class is set for Sunday November 23rd at noon! If you are a first responder (Mil, Pd, Fd, etc), an TTG competitor, or just looking to build upon your current fitness level come check us out! We will work on; strength, conditioning, and a ton of odd object work!
Class will be held at Ethos AC and you can sign up in the link below or by going to Mindbody and searching up TSL Fitness & Nutrition.
We are so excited to bring the world of The Tactical Games to the Charleston community! If you have any questions please leave a comment below or shoot us a DM - AND NO, unfortunately, there will not be any shooting involved.
