Prenatal depression came back this pregnancy. Only this time, it came back even heavier. There were many days during my first trimester where my mind went to some really dark places. It scared me. And if you’ve ever experienced depression, you know how isolating it can feel. Add moving to a new state, being pregnant, and trying to show up for your kids, and some days felt impossible. But something beautiful happened in the middle of all of it. People showed up. Friends, family, strangers… people who had no idea how much they were carrying me just by being there. They reminded me that even when I couldn’t see the light, I wasn’t walking through the darkness alone. I’m trying to count my blessings, even on the days it’s hard. I don’t believe depression is beautiful. It’s painful, confusing, and exhausting. But I do believe God can bring beauty from it. It has made me ask deeper questions. It has made me slow down. It has reminded me what really matters. It has taught me that strength sometimes looks like asking for help instead of pretending you’re okay. I don’t have all the answers yet. But I do know this: I’m here to love deeply. To raise my babies. To tell the truth about the hard parts. And if sharing my story helps even one person feel less alone, then every vulnerable conversation has been worth it. If you’re quietly fighting a battle no one else can see, I’m so glad you’re still here. 🤍
لطفا تا آخر ببینید و بیاید 2 نکته مهم رو یادبگیریم نکته اول) توی زمینه خیانت، محقق های توجه‌شون به یه چیز عجیب جلب شده. اونا میخواستند جواب این سوال رو بدونند که آیا کسی که خیانت کرده، احتمالش هست که دوباره خیانت کنه؟ متاسفانه جواب این سوال مثبت هستش. خیانت بیشتر از اینکه یک رویداد اتفاقی باشه، یک الگوی شخصیتی توی افراد هستش. مثلا توی همین ویدیو دیدیم که خانم اشاره کرد که این سومین باریه که مُچتو میگیرم. من نمیخوام که بگم قطعا کسی که یکبار خیانت کرده دوباره خیانت میکنه، اما باید حواستون باشه اگه میخواید فرد خیانتکار رو ببخشید باید با گفتگوی کاملا شفاف و کمک روانشناس ادامه رابطه رو داشته باشید نکته دوم) کسی که خیانت میکنه، معمولا تا لحظه آخر مسئولیت رو برعهده نمیگیره و به شدت از مکانیسم دفاعی انکار استفاده میکنه. حتی ممکنه شمارو بابت خیانتش مقصر بدونه و این جملات رو ازش بشنویید «تو به من محبت نکردی» « تو حواست به من نبود» اینا هیچکدوم توجیه مناسبی برای خیانت نیست. اگه رابطه‌ت درست کار نمیکنه باید صحبت کنی و از یه متخصص کمک بگیری نه اینکه خیانت بکنی. ما آدما باید بدونیم جدایی گزینه بینهایت بهتریه از خیانت کردن اما متاسفانه چون هزینه زیادی داره، اکثر افراد انتخابش نمیکنند. طبق یه مقاله روانشناسی ۱۱ تا نشانه کسی که خیانت میکنه رو براتون توی هایلایت خیانت توی پیج گذاشتم امیدوارم هیچ وقت بهش احتیاج نداشته باشید اما اگه خواستید یه نگاهی بهش بندازید من کمکت میکنم🫂 @ravane_matin @ravane_matin @ravane_matin
