OOTD 💗💚 Pink and green really do go with everything! Little recovery update: I’m still dealing with back pain, muscle spasms, and stiffness following my recent injury. But something unexpected? My TA3 suit has been giving me a little extra support, and I’ve noticed I’m standing a little straighter and walking less crooked when I wear it for a couple of hours. I still have to listen to my body, take breaks, do PT, and use heat and ice as needed. I’m a firm believer in cryotherapy! I’m taking things day by day and figuring out what helps. 🩷 I’m also SO happy to be driving my car again as of yesterday! What unexpected things have helped support your back after an injury? I’m picking up my MRI disc today and still figuring out what works for me! Sharing my personal experience, not medical advice. ❤️‍🩹

NEW YouTube video is LIVE! 🎥 Is the @westmanatelier foundation really worth the splurge? 💸 I’m testing several new-to-me makeup products on my 57-year-old mature skin, from luxury foundation to more affordable makeup finds. Which ones are actually worth your money? Would you splurge on a foundation, or do you prefer drugstore prices? 🎥 Want to see which products are worth your money? 👇 TAP the YouTube link directly below to watch my FULL review, or comment SPURGE and I’ll send it to you! #MatureSkinMakeup #MakeupOver50 #WestmanAtelier #BeautyOver50
I don’t know what’s worse… Settling uncomfortably with who you are right now, or never finding out who you could actually become if you decided to try. “I’m in my prime.” ✨ The theme of @ocbchesapeakeclassic Masters Nationals, and a reminder I’m carrying with me far beyond the stage. At 44, after 5 children, I’m standing in the best shape of my life. Not because it’s been easy, but because I kept showing up for a version of myself I hadn’t met yet. I’m proud of the physique. Proud of the discipline. Proud of the woman this journey continues to shape. But most of all, I’m grateful I never convinced myself that my best days were behind me. Your prime isn’t a number. It’s not an age. And it certainly isn’t something you have to leave behind. Last show of the season. Best physique of my life. And a heart full of gratitude for everything it took to get here. ❤️ @angelcompetitionbikinis dc: ErinC @theshoefairy_ dc: Franksfitness Coach: @tkcoaching_ Posing: @winningatlifefitness Makeup @malikimua Hair: @stardontae81 Tan: @protan_official DIY Video: @slawmediagroup Organization: @ocbofficialpage
