7 signs you’re ready for an identity shift

1. You keep “working on yourself,” but your reactions, habits, and decisions stay the same.
You’re improving behavior without changing the person underneath it.

2. You know what to do, and that’s exactly why you’re frustrated.
The gap isn’t knowledge. It’s that your identity keeps pulling you back to familiar patterns.

3. You start strong, then slowly drift back to who you’ve always been.
Not because you’re weak — but because you haven’t become someone new yet.

4. Discipline feels forced instead of natural.
You’re trying to control yourself instead of becoming someone who moves differently by default.

5. Your environment has changed… but you haven’t.
New routines, new goals, new plans, same inner dialogue, same self-trust issues.

6. You feel stuck between who you were and who you know you need to become.
The old version no longer fits, but the new one hasn’t been embodied yet.

7. Deep down, you know effort isn’t the answer anymore.
You don’t need to try harder, you need to change the identity that’s trying.

This was in point 👏 I started posting this week and this is the kind of feeling I want my content to have! Still nervous, but your page is giving me inspiration 🙌

My drivers keep getting fired not by me and I’m the one paying him. My family keeps running them off.

This is something I've been learning lately. It's easy to ask God for more, but I've been realizing I need to do a better job taking care of what He's already given me first.

One of the biggest shifts I see in coaching is when people stop asking, ‘What do I need to do?’ and start asking, ‘Who do I need to become?’ Most people don’t have a knowledge problem. They have an identity problem.

Identity is the thing everyone skips straight past. It’s actually where everything starts.
