RAs are responsible for lots of things where their bias could hurt or disadvantage a resident, right? Does their handbook not cover respect and dignity towards other students? Free speech is to protect you from government overreach. Not from consequences of being a racist asshole.

Students aren't guaranteed free speech on school campuses. It's gone thru the courts before. I don't agree with it, especially on the college level. And this is just wrong all the way around

went to Astate my freshman year of college back in the mid-late 2000s. Disgusting that this is happening today. Astate is a public institution that receives state funding- hope the recipient of this racism/racist-motivated institutional abuse is able to seek legal help. The @acluofarkansas may be able to help
