✨ Turning waste into wonder.

I was deeply honored to open the show wearing a piece by @amped_atelier, as part of the powerful runway experience produced with Upcyclers.

This look carried intention.
Fishnet detailing in the back.
Floral elements crafted from recycled plastic — materials that could’ve stayed discarded, but instead were transformed into art.

Every outfit on this runway was upcycled.
Every creative brought purpose.
Every design proved that beauty doesn’t have to come at the planet’s expense.

In a world where it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by everything going wrong, moments like this remind me that there are also people quietly doing the work — choosing creativity, choosing sustainability, choosing impact.

To me, this is what true creativity looks like:
taking everyday materials and giving them new life.

No effort is too small. You do your part. Someone else does theirs. And slowly — the world follows 🌍✨
