Is an inconsistent style a bad thing? I feel like there's no single clear answer to this one.

After thinking about it for a while, I decided that two things are true at the same time: Your style doesn't *have* to be consistent. But being able to create a consistent style is super important!

That doesn't mean you have to draw the same thing for the rest of your life - it just means that if you're working on a project like a comic or animation, you want the art to look like it belongs to the same universe. Consistency is an important part of that!

I made a video about this topic where I talk about social media, marketing, professional skills, and also mushrooms and pumpkin spice lattes because it's autumn, baby🎃🍂 You know where to find it!

Perimenopause can begin in your 30s and 40s. Watch @oprah’s conversation on the topic with @drmaryclaire, presented by our friends at @GEICO, on Prime Video, YouTube, or wherever you podcast.
