CBLC

Allow us to introduce ourselves and the Center for Black Literature & Culture (or as we like to call it, the CBLC)!

Located inside Central Library, the CBLC is a community hub, home to over 25,000 items celebrating Black literature, history, and culture. Hallie Raikes serves as the Manager of the CBLC and Bryanna Barnes is the CBLC’s Public Services Associate.

Follow along to stay up to date on our events, programs, and all the ways the CBLC is showing up for the Indianapolis community. And be sure to visit us in person to experience the collection and space for yourself!
